I think that four wheelers should be able to be ridden on the road even if you don't have a license. I understand don't drive them on the highway and freeway but back roads you should be able to drive them legally. Back there you really cannot be hurt by anyone as long as you pay attention to other drivers. People driving on back roads with four wheelers and getting pulled over and a ticket is wrong. If you get pulled over for doing something stupid than you shouldn't be doing something stupid.
