Dr. Pepper
Dr. Pepper was created in Waco, Texas by a young Pharmacist, Charles Alderton. Alderton supposedly liked the smell created by the fruit syrup odors and wanted to create a drink that tasted like the drugstore smelled. The end result was called a Waco.
The drugstore owner, Mr. Morrison, gave the drink the name Dr. Pepper after a Doctor from Tennesse whose daughter he had had a thing for.
Soon the demand for Dr. Pepper was to great for Morrison and Alderto's produceing capabilities. The rest is History.
