Tuesday, Feb. 9: Today has been a very productive day as usual. We received picture forms in band today. There was a baseball player picture on the front that was in a batting pose. It occurred to me to write "Taylor" next to it becaus Taylor plays baseball. Mr. Altz had the saxes play and I clapped for Alex because he played the best. Kyle dropped my music and it made me grumpy for about five minutes. It was fun.

Wednesday, Feb. 10: I had two subs in band today. They put on a movie for us to watch, but I didn't watch it. It was Ice Age 2. The ice and the water was green and the characters were pink. It looked wierd so I didn't even bother paying attention. I went to sleep at seven-thirty, but somehow I'm still tired. For some reason I want some cheesecake. I told my mom this and she asked me if i was pregnant. I just told her she was crazy, and i told her to go back to sleep.

Wednesday, Feb. 17: We took our group picture in band today. I also took pictures of some people doing nothing. Yesterday I helped with the Junior High and Intermediate spring pictures.There were tons of little people that are really loud. Makena Bates told me she hated me lots of times because I made her laugh during her friendship picture. What a character she is. Briar said something funny, but I forgot what he said. I just remembered that it was funny.

Monday, Feb 22: I had a great weekend. That weekend made me have a great morning today. I finally got to see Taylor Dickens with his buzz cut. It made me laugh. For some reason he reminded me of Dopey from Snow White, and many people agreed with me and they had a great laugh too. I just now saw Mr. Foster in the hall. He sounded angry, like something or someone made him mad. Mrs. Hoover just came in to give us our report cards. It turns out I didn't fail. This makes me exited. I want a cookie, but I will get one later.

Monday, Mar. 1: It is raining today. I don't like it at all. Something strange happened to me today that still confuses me. When I went to the library to get on my computer like every monday, I was surrprised to see that I was already logged in. I know its strange. I tried to remmember the last time I used the computer, but I don't remmember anything. There's a mystery on my hands that I plan to solve. I will get to the bottom of this no matter what happens. Just kidding, I'm probably going to forget about it anyway.

Friday, Mar. 12: IT IS ALMOST SRING BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait for it to start. Today has been a good day. I hope it stays that way. My grandparents are going to visit us from Mexico. I love my grandparents. They bring me candy from Mexico. I love candy from Mexico. I want to go to Mexico. I love Mexico. Today is an exiting day. Oh wait, I have like four test to take today. Oh well I think I'll do good on all of them. SRING BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am probably going to sleep most of the time. It is going to be a great spring break. I cant wait. I love spring break.

Monday, Apr. 5: My grandparents went back to Mexico. I didn't like it that they left so early, but they will be back this summer. We advanced to area in one-act, so we compete again in Gainsville on Wednesday. I can't wait. I left my homework here at school over the weekend, so I didn't do it. The one thing I liked about this weekend was when my sister shared her candy she got after the egg hunt. she is only four and she likes me alot. I went to Wal-Mart the other day and I asked my mom to buy me something (I can't remember what it is). She said no so I left her and wandered around. I went to sleep last night because I was tired.

Thursday, Apr. 8: Well yesterday we competed at area in one-act. We did one of our best performances maybe even our best. We got alternate for regionals and it made us feel horrible. I can agree that one of the advancing plays, S&S, deserves to advance because they actually were good. I totally disagree about the other play, Melissa, because all they did was sing. A cast of all girls singing and looking like puppies. Seriously, they had their arms and hands in that way. I got confused when the time to give out awards because Robin got these two wooden things that say "BEST ACTRESS" i think, and she didn't get it this time. I mean she didn't even get one of those shiny necklace things. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. This really confused everyone and we all disagreed with the judge. When the time came for critiques, the judge told us that it was really hard to pick the two plays. It ended up coming to out to be that we had too many shiny things and she did not like it that much. She also told us that the crowd was really active with our play and they liked it very much. One thing I don't get is that she picked a play about singing, which by what i was told had many people looking down at their watches, and not pick us, which had the whole audience crying with laughter. I do not get how she came to that conclusion. Considering that the other play that advance had about the same amount of shiny things that we did, so this pretty much contradicted herself. Before the show our wonderful directors told us what the judge exptected, which was to keep the audience active, speak loudly, and have lots of energy. Well we did all of this and she chose a play that had the audience to near sleep. This contradicts everything she said. THIS IS CONFUSING. She also told Gabriel how to hold his cane. I did't know that you are supposed to hold a cane above your waist. She also sid that we slapt our thighs, which we really didn't do. She said that most plays have really good lead roles and not that good of small ones, but she said that our play was the total opposite. I personaly don't agree with this because we have really good lead roles as well as small roles. Back to Melissa, one of their singers got best actress. I really don't see why she got it because most people couldn't even tell which one she was in the play. I think that she got the plays mixed up. Honeygrove's play made people cry, our play made people laugh, and Melissa's play made people look at their watches with boredom. Durring critiques, the judge said that she was going to tell everybody comments. Well she didn't. She spoke mostly to the small roles, and nothing to the major roles. Oh wait, she told robin that she needed to keep her upper torso up and she ignored the others. The girls from our play discovered that Taylor has abs.
