A Message from Mr. Altz

Dear Band Parents,

Most of you know that we are planning to take a band trip this year. We will be performing in San Antonio, staying overnight (one night) and visiting Fiesta Texas the next day. The dates are April 13th and 14th. The trip will cost roughly $240.00 per student and it is to be paid for in installments.

$60.00 Dec. 16th (most have paid this one, some have not)
$60.00 Jan. 16th
$60.00 Feb. 16th
$60.00 March 10th

Remember the finances for this trip were based on a letter I sent out on Sept. 27, at which time parents indicated whether or not your child would be going on this trip. We really need to stay current with our payments so that we do not have to cancel our trip. If there is a financial hardship please let me know and pay whatever portion you can on the indicated dates. Just call or email and I will let you know what you have paid or owe.

I want to work with you so we can provide our students with a very valuable performance experience and a lot of fun. The only meals students will need to buy are lunch on the way to San Antonio and dinner on the return trip Saturday April 13th, both of those meals will be fast food (inexpensive). Mr. and Mrs. Garces have graciously agreed to purchase our Friday night meal, and breakfast and lunch on Sat. are included in the price of the trip. If you changed your mind regarding your child's participation please contact me immediately. There are charges made for changes; the sooner I know of changes the less thay cost.

Thanks for your continued support of our band students.

Sincerely,

Bill Altz, Band Director
