Healthy Relationships Training

Paradise High School will be continuing a program through Wise Hope Crisis Center in Decatur, called "Healthy Relationships." This federally funded program consists of seven weeks of classes, meeting once per week during the following elective classes: Spanish 1 classes. The program will begin on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. The lessons will address the need for mutual respect in every relationship. A variety of topics will be covered including healthy versus un-healthy relationships, bullying, conflict resolution, and teen dating violence prevention.

In conjunction with state mandates, it is our district's goal to cover these topics (as appropriate) at each campus. We feel that by addressing these important issues with our students, we will empower them to make positive choices. More details can be found in the two documents below:
